Under 21

There are two main types of directories that would be appropriate in this category. Directories that are intended to be used by children and teenagers, often referred to as Kids and Teens, may be listed in this category. Such directories are created specifically for children, for teens, or for both children and teenagers. Generally, such directories will restrict listings to sites that do not contain profanity, obscenities, or sexually explicit content, and there are likely to be other protections in place.

The other type of directory that would be appropriately listed here are those intended for parents, which might include parenting or shopping for babies and children. Subcategories will be created as the number of listed directories may suggest it.

Possible gray areas may include Education, Ethnic, Health, or Religion. For example, homeschooling resources might fit into either the Education or Under 21 categories, but we would consider Education to be the one most appropriate category. Directories whose focus is on pediatric health might be appropriately placed in Health or in Under 21, but we would consider Health to be the better choice. In such cases, we will determine the one most appropriate category.
